2. The service
Memoair (memo-air.com) is an AI interview service: a companion asks the User (or the person they gift it to) about their life in a voice conversation, and turns the stories into a digital book and audiobook that the User can view, save as PDF and – only by their own decision – share. The “Quick Glance” game is an entertainment and attention exercise; it is not a medical service and promises no health effect.
3. Contract, price, payment
The contract is formed when the order is submitted and paid. Price: one-time €69 (24,990 HUF). The premium audiobook of a finished book can be purchased separately for €39 (14,990 HUF); its first chapter is free to listen to. The Provider is VAT-exempt (small business). Payment is by card via Stripe; we never see or store card details. The invoice is sent by e-mail.
4. Delivery and gifts
After payment the User immediately receives the 8-digit gift code and access link, and for gifts a printable gift card. Anyone holding the code/link can access the book, so keep it confidential. There is no time limit for the conversations.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate performance, the User acknowledges that after full performance the right of withdrawal is lost, and in case of partial performance a proportionate amount is payable. If the code has not been used yet, we refund the full price. Withdrawal: [email protected].
6. Your content
The conversation, photos and book belong to the User/narrator. We use them only to provide the service; we never publish, sell or use them for other purposes. The book is written with AI from what was said; please read it before sharing.
7. Complaints and law
Complaints: [email protected] (answered within 30 days). EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Hungarian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of their country of residence.
